Plot[]

A group of thugs is harassing a homeless man. Kiryu intervenes to defeat the thugs. He decides to take you to an unknown place in his carriage that he calls the Turtle. In front of the Dragon Palace is a sleeping man named Hirame The Dragon Palace is a secret underground gambling hall.
