Masaru Sera is one of the characters in the Yakuza (series). He is the Third Chairman of the Tojo Clan.

President of the TOjo Clan's Nikkyo Consortium. He heads a clandestine organization within the Tojo that handles the clan's dirty work. Due to the Consortium's secret nature, Majima and Sagawa knew him only as "the man in the white suit." He aims to steal the Empty Lot from Dojima, and with it, the spot as Tojo Clan successor--a plan backed by Kazama, who believes the Consortium is the only force that can halt the Dojima Family's growth. He is protecting Makoto, who has been gravely wounded by a Dojima Family bullet.

Sera became the Tojo Clan's Third Chairman after the Acting Second Chairman stepped down. He steers the clan into an age of prosperity, keeping a tight leash on its funds and its wild card patriarchs, like Shimano. But when ten billion yen of the clan's funds goes missing, his leadership is thrown into question, and he is murdered mysteriously. Now the clan finds itself in a war over who will succeed him.
