Overwhelming Affluence is the 44th substory in Yakuza Kiwami 2.

Plot

On Shofukucho Street, a wealthy old man bumps into you and is seen with two ladies. He give you 50,000 yen in order to get checked out. Head over to Club Sega Sotenbori to meet up with Kanematsu and his friends. He wants you to beat his strike of three wins in a row on Virtua Fighter 2.1. After that you encounter Kanematsu hassling a man named Takeda about a debt that he owes to him. The final time that you see Kanematsu, he reveals to you that he is currently broke, as he lost all of his money in poor investments. He wants you to give you the money for a cab and he rewards you with the Charismatic Photo.
