Osamu Kashiwagi is one of the characters in the Yakuza (series). He is the captain of the Kazama Family, who then becomes second Patriarch of the Kazama Family in Yakuza 2 and Chairmen of Tojo Clan in Yakuza 3.

Yakuza 0

Captain of the Kazama Family, a subsidiary of the Tojo Clan's Dojima family. Kazama's right-hand and a venerated (if terrifying) older brother figure to Kiryu and Nishikiyama. Kazadma has entrusted the operations of the Kazama Family to him, evidence of the trust and respect he, like others, holds for Kashiwagi. Despite the fact, as a member of a third-tier organization under the Tojo Clan, technically his position in the yakuza hierarchy is beneath Dojima Family members Kiryu and Nishikiyama. On a more human note, he is a passionate fan of cold noodles.

Yakuza Kiwami

An old-fashioned yakuza who runs the Kazama Family as Kazama's right hand. He is quick-tempered and terrifying when angry, however he has found his chill as of late. Kiryu and Nishikiyama regard him as an older brother figure in their lives. Despite turning the tide at Shibaura Wharf against Shimano, Kazama perishes in the aftermath of the fight, leading Kashiwagi to round up the family for revenge.

Yakuza Kiwami 2

Second patriarch of the Kazama family, a Tojo Clan subsidiary. As a man who has inherited Kazama's rank after his death, he is vital to the current Tojo Clan executives. He's been a friend to Kiryu for years and is a man Kiryu can count on for his honesty and logical thought process. Presently, he watches over the city from the heights of the Millennium Tower, having moved the Kazama Family office to the top floor.
