A Gilded Cage is the third chapter of Yakuza 0.
Plot
This chapter begins in Sotenbori, Osaka at the Cabaret Grand. A chief from a top Tokyo firm is trying to have a big night out and is worried about the club's reputation, but tries to make the most of it. Downstairs, one of the clubs' patrons is making a scene and getting overly handsy with the hostesses and the staff. This is when Goro Majima makes his first appearance in the game. He reveals that he is the manager of this cabaret club and he tells the problematic customer that he needs to leave. The yakuza member still won't leave and this is when Majima decides that he will have to "dance with him." Majima managers to deal with the angry customer without resorting to hitting him. Instead of having the police deal with the yakuza member, Majima convinces him to pay for the entire club's bill for the evening.
After the impressive display in the showroom, Majima heads to the roof top to take a break. The floor manager mentions that he has been having problems with one of the hostesses and Majima agrees to meet with her. Majima corrects the problems with the hostess and then has to deal with the spaced out waiter. Finally, Majima is forced to deal with an unruly costume Sagawa. As the owner of this club, he reveals to Majima that he shouldn't be in such a rush to get back to the yakuza life and that he will have to earn an additional five hundred million yen until he will have the talk with his brother. He also announces that he will be taking their top hostess.
Majima is then forced to poach the most talented hostess in the city. He heads to Odyssey to attempt to get Nozomi.
