Plot

On the fourth floor of the Dragon Palace, Cyclops Oba requests some fuel to help this training. This time he would like a Staminan XX. After giving him the Staminan Xx, he challenges you to a third and final battle. After defeating him, he tells you that he is going to return to the Coliseum.
